Week 4 Review and Week 5 Preview

Four weeks down, ten more regular season weeks to go...

Week 4 Review

Saquontum Leap mutilates Myles and Moore to remain perfect in 186.65-83.00 beatdown

Zack won his 21st consecutive matchup with a dominant victory over John, cruising to a 186.65-83.00 win. John had hope early as his team pulled out to a 2.40-point lead after Thursday Night Football, but it was all Saquontum Leap after that. They were led by Tom Brady, who passed for 385 yards and 3 touchdowns, and Justin Jefferson, who caught 10 passes for 147 yards. John found some immediate hope in Jamaal Williams' two touchdowns, but it wasn't enough. Not nearly enough.

MixonItUpW/Mahomies hand Baker Of Chains fourth consecutive loss in 148.15-54.15 beatdown

Despite having all the hope in the world in Baker Mayfield, Bryce should have started current top-5 fantasy quarterback, Jared Goff, who would have nearly doubled his total points. Surprisingly, no Reagan Rule guys for Bryce this week, but there is little hope rising in 2022. Zach soared to victory behind Tyreek Hill and Joe Mixon. Also, Pat Mahomes is still magical to have on your team and Clyde Edwards-Helaire also scored again for some reason.

Despite top scorer Hockenson, Christian Watson Sinner Watson fall to I’m The Cook in 153.35-113.20 runaway

If Jalen Hurts didn't suck in the rain and James "The Achilles Steel" Robinson ran farther, Bettis would've had a scary shot at winning here. With Jonathan Taylor hurting his ankle, Corey relied on Mike Evans, Josh Jacobs, Cooper Kupp, and Romeo Doubs (told you he would start him) to combine for six touchdowns together.

Samuel Adams come back to top Psycho Kylers for third straight win in 124.70-123.55 cliff-hanger

Wow this one came down to the wire late Monday night. Tom took the lead after Deebo went bezerk on a 57-yard touchdown after a slant route, ending up with over 100 receiving yards. Jeff Wilson needed 12 yards for the victory, and the 49ers didn't want to feed the beast. Zeke was really hoping Kyler Murray would run for a few more, too. There was hope from Brandin Cooks and, finally, Jerry Jeudy.

Won Man Pony Show come back to defeat Zack drinks chunky milk for third straight win, 150.05-133.25

David's gotta be one of the luckiest guys ever, man. Also, Reagan the most unlucky? (Bryce has a decent argument after his crazy regular seasons of old) Javonte Williams went down with an ACL, Mark Andrews only had two catches, Stefon Diggs only had four catches, and Amari Cooper was nowhere to be found. David got great weeks from Christian McCaffrey, Josh Allen, and just about everyone else in his lineup. Plus Miles Sanders is RB1 in Philadelphia?

Herbert Fully Loaded defeat Zach Wilson...Mother Tucker in 163.8-95.8 one-sided battle

Despite similar records, Heery held a substantial season point advantage over Jordan coming into this one (487-310), and lived up to the reputation with a convincing victory. The matchup was decided almost as soon as it started, as Heery leapt out to a 50-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind a combined 56.7 points from Justin Herbert and Rashaad Penny (151 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs). Mo Alie-Cox (23.5 points) was a fun surprise and the namesake, Zach Wilson (22.8 points), carried the flag for Jordan's group in the loss. The Bijan Stakes are heating up!

Week 5 Preview

Our Game of the Week in Week 5 is Corey (3-1, third place) vs. Zeke (1-3, ninth place). Corey will probably be without his superstar, Jonathan Taylor, and will have to rely on his flex players in order to pick up the slack. This game will be decided Monday night between the Raiders and Chiefs. Let's see if the Kansas City defense can shut Josh Jacobs and Darren Waller down.

Next up, our scoring leader, reigning champion, and leaderboard-topper, Zack faces Tom (3-1, fourth place), which could surprise some of us in the league community come Monday night.

Zach (3-1, second place) matches up against Bettis (1-3, tenth place).

David (3-1, fifth place) looks to go four in-a-row against John (1-3, 10th place), and probably will.

Reagan (2-2, sixth place) will smack Jordan (1-3, eighth place).

Finally, Heery (2-2, seventh place) will take on Bryce (0-4, last place) to round out the week.
